Returns
Thanks for shopping at www.achelia.com.If you are not satisfied with your order, you have right to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving. Please notify our customer service team of your return by mail.
1. Conditions of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Returns will only be accepted if labels are fully intact.
2.Return form
Your item must be in the original packaging and the proof of purchase must be included. You must also fill in our return form and enclose it in your return package.

3.Shipping of returned item
Achelia will bear the cost of the returns from Belgium, Nederlands and Germany. In order to return an item, you should contact with our customer service via email and request a prepaid return label to stick on the box. Then you can drop your package off at the nearest dpd or post nl pickup points. Unfortunately for the other countries, we are unable to refund you for your postage costs. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for your returning item. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Faulty or damaged items
If you recieve a faulty or damaged item, please email our customer service info@achelia.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and enclose photos of the faulty or damaged item in your mail. If you do so, we will then be able to discuss a replacement or a refund for you. We will also repay the postage costs. Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.

6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if it meets the return conditions, we will initiate your refund within 14 days of receiving it.
