1. When will my product  be delivered?
It will be delivered in 1-3 working days for BE, NL and DE. For other countries in 3-5. working days.

2.Is there delivery on Saturdays?

There is delivery on Saturdays  only for BE and NL. For other countries only on working days.

3.What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?

If you are not at home when your package is delivered,  there will be second attempt on another day. After the second attempt, your package goes to a PostNL or Dpd pickup point. You will receive a message about it. 
 

4.What is the shipping cost?
Free delivery to Belgium , Nederlands and Germany for the orders over 50 €. 
  . Free delivery to England, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and Poland for the orders over 100€.

5. Can I change my order before it is dispatched? 
If you made a mistake while ordering, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before it is dispatched.

All items you buy from our site have a legal guarantee. There is also a manufacturer 's warranty for some products.

If you a complaint about a product or one of our services, you should contact our customer service via info@achelia.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible and give you a response within maximum 14 days. 
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Dispute Committee in Lahey.
